Our creative clinicians in MiraVista’s Intensive Outpatient Program recently used the inspiration of Wright Brothers Day to launch a meaningful and interactive group activity. The session invited participants to imagine “traveling” to the New Year, exploring the goals they would carry with them on their journey, and the challenges they would leave behind.
This dynamic activity sparked deep conversations about both short- and long-term goals, offering opportunities for self-reflection and peer support.
